A renowned name in Strategic Planning & Land Economics.
When servicing as a Lieutenant-colonel in the Army, Robert Senior was
responsible for Department of Defence’s largest national estate region valued
at $2.5 billion.
After leaving the Army, he has conceived and initiated major master planning
studies in conjunction with State and Local Government. This included
development of strategies for the rationalisation of 420,000m2 exceeding
$100million within the Sydney CBD.
His proven high level conceptual and financial analysis ability has made him a
well sought after person for financial feasibility and project delivery for
value added rezonings by many government and non-government organisations.
He was also the person responsible for developing and negotiating a commercial
bid for the delivery of 32,400m2 & 24,900m2 at Parramatta for the NSW Police
Service & Sydney Water Corporation in 2004 & 2008 respectively.
